About the Practitioner
Graziella Guimarães is an IMI qualified mediatior based in Amsterdam, with a background in international relations, European law and policy, and extensive experience in intercultural communication.
Her work focuses on nonviolent communication strategies and on guiding dialogue beyond fixed positions toward solutions that safeguard the mutual interests of the parties involved.
Dutch-Brazilian, divorced and mother of three teenagers, her personal and professional experience is deeply rooted in multicultural dynamics, cultural sensitivity and communication within highly political and fast-paced environments.
She speaks French, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch and English, and conducts mediation sessions in English and Portuguese.
